48th Annual Big Sky Corvette Meet
May 23-28, 2019
Kevin and Judy Jewell will be leading a group to the show and YOU are invited to join us. The event this year is in Missoula, MT. and it officially starts on Friday, May 24 with registration. The activities are on Saturday and Sunday, May 25th and 26th. We have a back road route planned similar to last year. We will leave XXX in Issaquah at 9:00 AM on Thursday, May 23. There will be a short driver's meeting prior to our departure at 9:00 a.m. Lunch is about 11:30 in Cashmere, with arrival at LaQuinta in Spokane about 3:30. We will have directions for everyone at the departure point. We also will have a write up/map/suggestions about Wallace to distribute. Will have extra copies of the Wallace information for those that will meet us in Spokane or on the way from Spokane.
Our stay in Spokane will be the LaQuinta-Spokane Valley (509.893.0955-rates about $100). Friday, we plan a visit to the historic silver mining district in Wallace, Idaho with a couple of fun museum visits, before we arrive in Missoula mid-afternoon on Friday. Host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn, but there is also a pet friendly LaQuinta less than a mile away.
The event ends on Monday, Memorial Day, but many will not want to brave the trip home that day. Club members Tim and Mona Cox now live in Montana and have volunteered to lead us a scenic tour on Monday to Thompson Falls. There we will stay Monday night at the Riverfront Motel (406.827.3460-rates about $85). Tim and Mona will host a dinner for us that evening. On Tuesday, you can either come home, or extend your trip since you are already in Montana. Contact Kevin and Judy with questions CLICK HERE or to let us know that you planning to join us.
