15th Anniversary of Fenders on Front Street. The family of Evergreen Automotive businesses are the primary sponsor of the show. The show is managed by the Downtown Issaquah Association (DIA), which is a community led, volunteer-based organization. Evergreen Chevy, with CMCS participation, will be in the same location as 2019 – in the full parking lot between Chicago Pastrami and the AAA Building. CMCS can provide up to 10 vehicles.
Clubs, Dealerships and Groups are asked to set up by 7:30am; Show 8am - 3pm (no vehicle movement 8-3)
DIA is requesting 4 additional CMCS volunteers - opportunities are flexible and may include:
• Early morning setup: 6am Setup - 2022 alongside DIA.
Note: road closure signage is placed in approximate locations the day prior; signage may be bulky.
• 6am - 8am: Ambassador - Guest Experience: welcoming, assist with parking, promote the show, engage with car collectors/show attendees.
During the show: 8am - 3:15pm: Ambassador - Guest Experience: welcoming, promote the show, engage with Car Collectors and show attendees, assist with vehicle departure. This is broken down into shifts and offers the opportunity to see the show.
• Afternoon Breakdown: 3pm - 4pm: administration and exit of show units.
