Tacoma Corvette Club night at Emerald Downs

The Tacoma Corvette Club has invited CMCS to join them for their event at Emerald Downs.  

Please register on website so we can let the TCC organizer know how many folks plan to attend. 

Date: Saturday Sept 16 

Time: Arrive Corvettes of Auburn 3:15-3:45. We will caravan to the track arriving at 4:00. First race starts at 5:00.  Address for Corvettes of Auburn, 3401 C St NE Auburn, WA.

General Information:

1. Admission free.
2. Corvettes will be parked on the ramp (concrete) between the track and grandstands.
3. Food vouchers for each car.
4. There will be a race named for TCC and all of our group will be allowed on the paddock for "Jockeys up". About as close as most people will get to a thoroughbred racehorse.
5. After the named race there will be a group picture of winning horse and jockey.
6. Programs will be provided for all.

Emerald Downs requires that once the cars are parked, they stay for the duration of the evening, approximately 10 pm.

For those who have not attended a horse race it's an interesting experience. It's one stop shopping for, betting on the horses, gambling at the casino on site, restaurants and bars.
