Lunch at '59er Diner

Join the CMCS Corvette Drive to the ‘59er Diner at Coles Corner near Leavenworth, WA, for lunch. We will gather at 10:00 am in front of the Wells Fargo Bank at Canyon Park in Bothell, WA (Exit 26 off I-405). We will leave at 10:30 am and travel I-405 to WA 522; WA 522 to Monroe, WA, then Highway 2 to the Diner. We will stop briefly at Steven’s Pass before arriving at the Diner around 1:00 pm for a late lunch. We will return to Bothell after lunch.
This experience will be unique because we are asking six CMCS members to take a passenger in their car. This ride/experience is being offered at the Alderwood Terrace Rotary Auction where they raise money for school supplies and clothing for underprivileged kids in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area. Six winners for this event will ride along with a CMCS member and have lunch at the ‘59er Diner with us. Rick Milsow will pay for lunch for the drivers who volunteer to take someone as their rider. We will have six people riding with CMCS members, so we need six members interested in participating in the ride-along. Others are welcome to come along for the drive and lunch on your own. The 59er Diner can accommodate a group of 25 folks inside and has outdoor seating for overflow.
Sign up on the CMCS website either to take a passenger (an opportunity to help out a worthwhile organization), or just join the caravan to lunch.
